Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A name or case number entered into a search tool is sent to the third-party provider operating that tool. The provider processes the query and returns any result under its own practices. We do not store or log those search terms on our systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
Email correspondence may be retained so it can be answered. It is kept within the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Data We Gather Automatically
When a page loads, routine technical information about the visit may be collected:
- The IP address assigned to your device
- Which browser you are using and its version
- Your device type and operating system
- The pages you visited and how long you stayed on each
- The site that sent you here, if any
- Timestamps for each page view
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files placed on a device. They may help measure aggregate traffic, such as which pages are used and where visits end. Browser controls can block cookies, although that choice may affect site behavior.
What We Do With This Data
- Keeping the site up, running, and loading quickly
- Sending your search requests to the right partner service
- Figuring out which pages people find useful and which need work
- Tracking down and fixing technical issues
- Showing ads that may line up with your interests
No Court-Record Data on File
This resource does not host, maintain, compile, or sell a database of court dockets or personal case records. It provides general routing information for Roosevelt County court dockets, the Ninth Judicial District clerk, local courts, and New Mexico Case Lookup. It is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports or records about third parties.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes. Information entered there is governed by the provider’s own policy, including its retention and sharing choices. Review that provider’s policy before submitting a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links can lead to court clerks, court portals, state case-search systems, and third-party services. Once a visitor leaves this resource, the destination’s privacy practices apply. Review them before providing personal information.
Certain advertising partners may track your activity across sites to show targeted ads. That tracking runs on their systems, not ours.
Who Might See Your Data
We do not sell personal data. Some information may end up with:
- Search partners that handle queries you run on our site
- Analytics services we use to track traffic and performance
- Ad networks that place ads on our pages
- Law enforcement or government bodies when a valid legal order requires it
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable security measures are used for information we handle. No internet-connected system is entirely risk-free, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Users Under 18
This resource is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. If such information is believed to have been provided, contact us so it can be addressed.
Your Data Rights
New Mexico’s Inspection of Public Records Act court-access guidance governs access to public records maintained by courts, not a private visitor-data database. It confirms the distinction between official court records and this private resource. Visitors may still ask us to:
- Ask for a copy of what we have on file about you
- Have us fix information that is wrong
- Request that we erase your data
- Opt out of certain kinds of data processing
